We (Teresa Reyes Castillo, PhD and Anna Huff, PhD) are licensed clinical psychologists in CT and NY. Our PhD’s are in Clinical Forensic Psychology and were obtained at Alliant International University in California. Dr. Huff also has a concentration in Victimology and an M.A. in Organizational Behavior.
Our work focuses on the integration of the soul into daily life and the integration of one’s soul with others, soul-to-soul. Originally, we were both drawn to the works of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung, founders of psychoanalysis and analysis, respectively. Our clinical work continues to derive from those theoretical underpinnings, yet provides an expansion from earlier theories to address modern day needs. Our practice also has a holistic base, giving attention to all aspects of the individual, mind, body, and soul.
As psychologists, we have adapted and formed a new approach using both psychological principles and energy-based meditations. Our work focuses on relationships, both with oneself and with others.
Relationships can gain increased meaning and value when we can connect in this genuine and authentic manner. Fears are relinquished and love is found.
Our work, while based on our clinical training, also stems from our individual journeys and our journey as a couple. Our journey guided us to find a deeper meaning of love and unity, one of greater consciousness and awareness. We traversed long and winding roads to learn about ourselves and the gifts we had to share with others. Ours is a gift of love and unity. We wrote a book to share our process with others and provide guidance on finding genuine love and unity, soul-to-soul. Our book will be published by the fall of 2018.
